CONSTRUCTION: Blue hull (painted with Awlgrip); white decks, white boottop; medium blue bottom paint; Fin keel, Spade Rudder; 4,500# ballast; wheel steering; pedestal guard; teak cockpit table; 3 hatches; 7’ self-bailing cockpit; the side ports have been replaced; Dodger with attachable Awning; double lifelines with bow & stern pulpits.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps 6 & has 6’3” headroom..

Original blue/beige upholstery in good condition. The head is fitted with an ‘AirHead” composting toilet; 3 water tanks totalling about 50 gallons; Hot & Cold pressure water (dockside & engine); Hillerange LPG, 2 burner SS stove with oven; ice box.

The interior is in remarkably good condition for its age. Teak ceilings, fiberglass headliner; teak and holly sole; teak veneer bulkheads.

35 Mk III ENGINE & ELECTRICAL: 2001 Yanmar 3GM30F fresh water cooled (heat exchanger) inboard diesel engine; hour meter showing 1095 hours to the time of listing; 3 bladed cruising propeller; line cutter on the shaft; 20 gallon Aluminum fuel tank; bilge blower.

The electrical system has both 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC systems. The 12 volt power is provided by the alternator on the engine through a selector switch to two deep cycle lead/acid batteries (2019); thence to the circuit breaker panel. 110 volt power is supplied by shore power connection. There are receptacles throughout the boat and a 110 volt coil in the hot water heater; 110 volt – 30 amp shore cord.

35 Mk III SAILS & RIGGING: 6 sails in total – Dacron full battened Mainsail; 3 jibs: 130% Michelle Stevens Genoa (2008) lightly used; North #2 Genoa, (1997); Hallett Jib; 1 standard spinnaker with pole and 1 asymmetrical spinnaker; Aluminum mast and boom; Genoa and Spinnaker gear; 8 winches: 2 X Harken #48 self-tailing (ST) primaries; 2 Barient #25 secondary’s; 2 X Harken #28 ST halyard winches; 1 – Harken #16 ST; and a Barient #25; 2 winch handles; hydraulic backstay adjuster; Harken roller furling; Harken traveller mounted forward of the companionway; boom vang; topping lift.

ELECTRONIC Ritchie compass on the wheel pedestal; Raymarine Pathfinder RL70 Radar mounted at the navigation table which is networked to the Raymarine RC530 GPS plotter on a pod on the helm pedestal; Raymarine ST 60 wind instruments; speed and depth sounder; Raymarine ST4000 Autopilot; all Raymarine electronics are networked; Uniden VHF.

GENERAL: CQR anchor with chain leader and nylon rode in the anchor locker forward; dock lines and fenders; boat hook; SS swim ladder fitted to the stern; horseshoe and regulation life rings; clock; barometer and kerosene lamp; Steel Cradle.

BROKER'S COMMENT: This is a lightly used, later model C & C 35 that was dry stored, covered and unused from 2013 through 2018 inclusive. This helps to explain the low engine hours and the condition of the interior. Various upgrades also help to make this a highly desirable offering.
