BUILDER: Tillotson Pearson, Inc DESIGNER: Rod Johnstone

CONSTRUCTION: White fiberglass hull, grey non-skid deck, red boot top, fin keel; balanced spade rudder; bow & stern pulpits; double lifelines; tiller steering w/ Jeffa Roller Bearings (2010) ; tiller extension; 3 hatches; 11 opening ports. The bottom was 'long-boarded' in 2020 and painted with black VC Offshore paint.

ACCOMMODATIONS:She is the cruising interior model. She sleeps six (6). Vee berth forward which can be used for sail storage. The original sliding door is available but not installed. The head is aft to port and consists of a Wilcox marine toilet w/overboard discharge. There is a large hanging locker is to starboard.

Next aft is the main cabin. Settee berths port and starboard. Bulkhead mounted table. Original gray-tweed upholstery which has always been slip-covered (moss-green cotton). Aft to starboard is a stand up navigation station.

Opposite to port is the galley: single stainless steel sink w/ pressure water system; 35 gallon water capacity; 2 burner gimbaled LPG stove. The original LPG stove with oven is available.

Large quarter berths port & starboard aft.

Interior appointments include:. Teak & Holly sole; teak hull ceiling.

ENGINE:Yanmar 3GM 28 hp inboard diesel, 20 gallon fuel capacity in an aluminum tank; cruising speed is 6.5 knots; maximum speed is 7.25 knots; two bladed PYI feathering propeller; oil/water/temp alarm; bronze sea-water intake filter. The stuffing box was re-packed (2020)

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The electrical system consists of two 12 volt batteries; electrical panel; circuit breakers; cabin & navigation lights.

SAILS &RIGGING: Aluminum mast & boom painted with Imron (2020); Tides mainsail track system (2020); mast is stepped on keel; rod rigging; two winch handles; Harken Mk. #3 Roller furling gear; genoa gear; spinnaker gear & pole; boom vang; snatch blocks; mainsheet traveler; Harken hydraulic backstay adjuster; Spectra back-stay; 6 winches: Harken #48 S/T Primaries; 4 Barient winches around the companionway; Sunbrella mainsail cover (2020)

Broker's Comment: This is a late J 35 that has been club-raced, well maintained and up-graded. She has been stored indoors for many years. She has recent sails and she should survey well.
