ACCOMMODATIONS: This yacht sleeps six (6) in three cabins. Vee berth in the forward cabin with storage cabinets and shelves outboard.
Next aft in the main cabin there is a centerline folding dining table with settees port & starboard, outboard teak cabinets; hanging locker at the end of the starboard settee

ENGINE & ELECTRICAL: 1981 Westerbeke 40 hp fresh water cooled inboard diesel; Gori folding propeller; cruising speed 6 knots; maximum speed 6.5 knots; 30 US gallon fuel capacity; new Stainless Steel tank 2000; oil/water/temp alarm; raw water filter; bilge blower.
The electrical system is maintained by six 12 volt batteries; alternator; battery charger; 12/110 volt electrical panel; circuit breakers; polarity indicator; 110 volt shorepower w/cord; cabin, navigation, spreader, anchor & docking lights.
SAILS & RIGGING: Aluminum mast & boom; mast stepped on keel; stainless steel rod standing rigging; Furlex furling; 10 Barient winches: 2- #28 two speed primaries & 2- #22 two speed secondaries; three winch handles; boom vang; topping lift; sheets; flag halyard; mainsheet traveler; backstay adjuster. BROKER'S COMMENT: This has been a well maintained fresh-water boat for the past twenty years. She has had consistent professional care. The current owner had the ports replaced in 2018; the hatches were also re-bedded and the acrylic in the hatches was replaced.
