BROKER'S COMMENTS: With the combination of an aft stateroom and aft cockpit, two heads and two steering stations this yacht is an ideal live-aboard. She was clearly designed for sport-fishing and would be ideal for cruising, diving and other water sports too. The owner reports that this yacht was built in North Carolina in a late incarnation of the builder’s history. Some earlier yachts were molded using fire-retardant resin which caused blistering problems. That reportedly occurred between 1975 and 1977. So that problem pre-dates this yacht. Otherwise, Uniflite yachts are highly regarded and have worn well.
