Rosborough CONSTRUCTION: Solid white fiberglass hull; heavy fiberglass over plywood decks and deck-houses; one forward hatch, various sliding windows with screens; deep bulwarks; covered side-decks; full cockpit enclosure and hard-top extension (2017); anchor handling platform; teak-capped bow rail extending aft to the wheel-house; Hydraulic steering at two stations; Fly-bridge. ACCOMMODATIONS: The yacht sleeps 3-5 and has 6'6" headroom.. Roomy vee berth stateroom forward; enclosed head to port with shower stall; single stateroom - office, with desk to starboard opposite the head. The main cabin is three steps-up. The lower helm station is to starboard with teak sliding deck-access doors port and starboard. There are helmsman's and mate's seats port and starboard with drawers under. The galley is fore-and aft on the port side with a hanging locker & broom closet aft to port. The 'L' shaped settee is to starboard. It has a teak drop-leaf table. There is a bureau, with drawers, to starboard between the settee and the helm seat. There is a full-beam cockpit with high bulwarks and a full enclosure (2017) with wing curtains. There is a ladder to the fly-bridge to starboard. The fly-bridge has bench seating; stainless steel railings with teak cap and Bimini Top. The galley has a 3 burner LPG stove with oven, stainless steel sink; large Norcold 12 volt refrigerator and freezer; microwave oven; and lots of counter and locker space. The head has a marine toilet connected to a stainless steel holding tank (approx. 20 gallons); sink, vanity and separate shower stall. The yacht has Cruise Aire A/C - heat; 200 gallon water capacity in 8 plastic tanks. The interior is finished with teak veneer bulkheads and furniture with solid teak trim; teak sole; blue fabric upholstery; laminate head liner. ENGINE 135 hp Ford 'Senator' diesel with heat exchanger; hour meter showing 1090 hrs. (hours during this ownership; there would be more than that on the engine) to the time of listing; 2" stainless steel shaft; 3:1 reduction gear; 26" X 22" 3 bladed propeller; 2 aluminum fuel tanks: approximately 90 gallons each (new 2019); Racor fuel filters; sea-water intake filter. ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine, and via a 2000 automatic battery charger- inverter, to selector switches and a circuit breaker panel. There are 2 Surrette - 8D House System batteries (2017), plus an engine starting battery. There are two solar panels totaling 400 watts supplying 12 volt power through a Blue Sky controller. The 110 volt system is supplied by a 5 KW Northern Lights diesel generator in a hush box. The generator has its' own starting battery. The generator has about 3022 hours showing to the time of listing. There is also a 30 amp shore power connection with cord. ELECTRONICS: Furuno Radar; Furuno GPS; Garmin GPS; Raymarine ST7001+ Autopilot w/ remote control; 2 - VHF radiotelephones; 2 compasses. GENERAL: Teak swim platform; 200' chain rode; 50# Rockna anchor; Lewmar electric anchor windless (2014); anchor-handing platform with rollers; dock lines & fenders; boat hook; 9.5' ABS inflatable dinghy with a 15 HP Yamaha outboard; Weaver davit system connected to the swim platform; swim ladder; Stainless steel derrick to lift the outboard; Stainless steel radar mast. 2 electric bilge pumps; horn.
